Property Types:
Primarily, office, retail, industrial/flex and multi-family.
   
Target Size:
Generally from $5 to $50 million.
   
Geographic Areas:
Primarily in the metropolitan areas of the western United States.
   
Strategy:
NBS Real Estate Capital, on behalf of Morrison Street Fund I, LP, is seeking value-added opportunities in our target markets. We have the flexibility to invest solely, or in partnership with other real estate investors, developers or real estate services firms.
