As a Senior Vice President, David Dewey is responsible for portfolio management and due diligence for mezzanine, preferred equity and direct equity investments on behalf of the Funds. David also works with the accounting team to produce accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prior to joining NBS Real Estate Capital, David was a Principal at Pension Consulting Alliance, where he provided real estate investment consulting services to PCA clients. These duties included: client relations, strategic planning, portfolio reviews, investment advisor and product due diligence and selection, manager searches, and topical real estate research. During his tenure at PCA, David was involved in due diligence efforts on more than $4.8 billion of real estate investments on behalf of many of PCA clients such as CalSTRS, CalPERS, OPERF and others.

David is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He earned his M.B.A. with an emphasis in finance from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business and a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Managment.
