Kristi Hace joined NBS Real Estate Capital in November 2008 as an Investment Accountant, bringing ten years of real estate development and property management experience.  She is responsible for all aspects of accounting for the portfolio investments of the Morrison Street Funds as well as certain asset management support functions.  Most recently, Ms. Hace was a Project Accountant with Gerding Edlen Development, LLC, performing full-cycle accounting for various construction projects from pre-development to final completion. She began her career in real estate as a property management accountant with Harsch Investment Properties.

Ms. Hace obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Montana.
