Rob Jordan is responsible for financial analysis, underwriting and market research on behalf of the funds, in support of both the asset management and acquisitions teams.

Mr. Jordan gained experience in commercial real estate underwriting through a production internship with AEGON USA Realty Advisors in Louisville, KY. There he assisted analysts and directors in the underwriting and analysis of commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. In addition to his analytical role, Mr. Jordan completed market and demographic research for prospective loan proposals.

Mr. Jordan received his bachelor's degree in both Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa and is a CFA candidate.
