Sarah Moses is responsible for fund accounting, insurance, loan compliance, REIT compliance and tax preparation for the Morrison Street Funds.  Prior to joining NBS Real Estate Capital, Ms. Moses worked as a senior tax accountant at Talbot, Karvola & Warwick, L.L.P. and Gifford, Hillegas & Ingwersen, L.L.P.  She also previously served as controller for a series of venture capital funds sponsored by JK&B Capital. 

Ms. Moses has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master’s degree in Taxation from Georgia State University, and a J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School. She is also a member of the Oregon Society of CPA’s.
