As a Vice President of Asset Management for NBS Real Estate Capital, Greg brings a well-rounded real estate perspective with prior experience in property acquisitions, leasing, construction, asset management, dispositions and financing covering multiple property types. 

Prior to joining NBS Real Estate Capital, Greg worked at Unico Properties, serving in various analytical and operational capacities, including manager of the office investment group.  During his seven years with Unico, Greg lead the disposition process for over $100 million in assets and was involved in the acquisition/recapitalization of over $800 million in office properties all over the Western United States. Greg’s success was recognized when he received the “Office Deal of the Year Award" in 2005 from the SIOR Chapter in Portland.  Most recently, Greg worked for three years as a real estate consultant for individual high net worth clients and managed investments of over $50 million in stabilized properties.  These investments included hotels, apartments and retail properties.

Greg is a graduate of Washington State University with a BA in real estate finance.  He is a former graduate-level course instructor in real estate development at the University of Washington.
