The Fund’s investors currently include pension funds, foundations, bank holding companies, diversified private businesses, charitable trusts, and high-net-worth individuals and families.
As a fiduciary and co-investor, NBS Real Estate Capital employs a disciplined approach in selecting appropriate investment opportunities for the Fund.
The Fund is currently seeking investments in office, retail, industrial/flex and multi-family assets. The Fund’s investments may take the form of equity, preferred equity, subordinate debt including mezzanine financing and B notes, and any combination thereof. The Fund's equity is fully discretionary.
